There is a continuous increase of PayPal in influence in the world of online payment systems. In fact, as Postpay keeps strengthening in the Italian market, there is a new relationship being created with an international alliance, this time the alliance is with Mastercard and Paypal, that have decided to offer “virtual”credit cards to its users. This service, called PayPal Secure Card, is now only available to US users. The system is based on software that is installed on your computer and allows you to manage payments on those sites that do not accept PayPal payments. Each time a user attempts to make a purchase from a site like that, in fact, the only things you should do is require Secure Card generates a MasterCard number that will allow it to make the payment. By the merchant, the transaction is identified as any transaction made with a MasterCard credit card.
A great idea, not only because it allows you to make payments through PayPal even on sites that do not accept it, but also because it allows you to make online purchases to those people who have neither a credit card or a prepaid card.
